Nurseries Creative Programme
Ffa-la-la has created a series of creative and imaginary workshops that’s goal is to improve early years children’s speech and create an unforgettable learning experience. Over the last 12 months Ffa-la-la has been developing a learning programme for pre-school children that develops creativity and learners speech skills.
Each workshop is a combination of music, drama and playing activities that come together to boost learning. This is done through using stories, songs, role play, movement, musical instruments, props and puppets to liven children’s imagination. Every workshop is related to the curriculum and includes core Ffa-la-la elements that are tailored specially to match and support pre-school theme plans and includes themes such as;
- Me and Myself

Out Experience at Bridgend
During January – April 2017 Ffa-la-la was invited to run a programme of workshops for Bridgend Early Years Settings. The aim of the workshops was to improve Welsh language oracy skills and to encourage physical activity. This is what Bridgend’s Childcare Development Officer, Kate Parry, said;
“Ffa-la-la has been inspirational to both staff and children in childcare settings throughout Bridgend. The children have loved the energetic movement, dancing and singing whilst developing their Welsh language skills. Staff have enthused about the many positive benefits that the Ffa-la-la training and file have had on the development of their own Welsh Language and good practice.”
Early Years settings across Wales are starting to benefit from the Ffa-la-la programme. To book your workshops or to find out more e-mail info@ffalala.co.uk or phone 07771 677827
